Spring Wedding Inspiration for Devon Weddings
Looking ahead to spring 2026 & 2027
Spring weddings in Devon have a character all of their own. Longer days, softer light and venues waking up after winter create the perfect backdrop for thoughtful, seasonal wedding design. As we look ahead to spring weddings in 2026 and 2027, we’re already feeling inspired by the colour palettes that work beautifully at this time of year.
Spring offers flexibility whether couples want something light and romantic or fresh and expressive, the season allows colour to feel natural rather than forced.
Spring Palettes We Love
One of our favourite directions for spring weddings is bright pastels. This style combines traditional soft tones with confident pops of bright pinks and oranges, creating energy while still feeling elegant. It’s a palette that works across a wide range of Devon wedding venues and really allows flowers to sing without overpowering the space.

We also love traditional spring pastels, which celebrate the softness of the season. These palettes feel timeless, romantic and relaxed, perfect for couples wanting a classic spring wedding look that won’t date. Used thoughtfully, they suit both historic houses and modern venues across Devon and the South West.

Looking Ahead to the Season
We can’t wait for some of the venues we get to flower this year, starting with Kin House this month, followed by a mix of familiar favourites and exciting new spaces across Devon and beyond.
If you’re getting married at Kin House, Stone Barn, Old Court, Yard Space, Deer Park Country House, Higher Eggbeer , The Cliff House Salcombe, Kingston Estate, Pynes House, Crowcombe Court, Rockbeare Manor, Henlade House, Brickhouse Vineyard, The Great Barn Devon, Aaran, Tunnels Beaches, Ash Barton Estate, Upton Barn, Shilstone House, Harefield Barn, Elmore Court, Lapstone Barn, Hamswell House, Pennard House, or other wedding venues across Devon, Exeter, Cornwall, the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire, we’d love to hear from you.
Spring dates book quickly, especially for 2027, so now is the perfect time to start planning.
